Once again, the political powers that be have decided to run negative ads focusing on soundbites and half or non-truths about their oponents rather than running ads telling us about themselves or their views. Every year, after election season, we hear that the number one dislike from the electorate is negative ads. Yet here we are in another election season and here are the negative ads. Enough is Enough.

Please John McCain. Don't run another ad that tells me what Barak Obama "said" or "will do." Run ads that tell me what you'll do differently than the current President. How will you keep my home value from continuing to plummet? How will you keep American workers from losing their jobs to offshore outsourcing? How will you help to control the ever increasing cost of health care? How will you spur the research into and adoption of alternative fuel powered energy?

You're all of the sudden about change yet you continue the same style of politicking that has been the hallmark of the GOP at least since Lee Atwater and Willie Horton. Sure it works for most American Idol fans who want to be spoon fed their information rather than investigating it on their own. But not the majority of this country's intelligent, thinking voters.

So please, don't tell me what Barak Obama said or did!!!! Tell me about you. That's all I want. That's all anybody wants. Unless you're trying to hide something.
